You retain rights to submitted content and permit processing necessary for your account, private Collection and selected visibility settings. Fraud, unlawful content, automated abuse and bypassing security/fair-use limits are prohibited.
Free and paid plans
Free includes discovery, market evidence, 25 private Collection items, Portfolio, Watchlist and profile/progress. Pro Collector: CHF 39.90/year incl. MWST, unlimited Collection items. Paid subscriptions require Swiss billing addresses; Free remains internationally accessible. Scan, alerts and Exchange are not current paid benefits.
Where checkout is available, paid plans are annual recurring subscriptions at the displayed price. Manage or cancel future renewal in the account billing portal. Cancellation at period end normally preserves paid-through access; full refunds, payment reversals or loss of a valid paid subscription may end paid access earlier. A discount alone grants no paid entitlement. Refund requests: support@koregemu.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

KoreGemu Market Value is based on the median of actually observed completed sales of comparable copies. It is evidence-based. The price achieved for an individual copy can vary with condition, completeness, region, timing and market conditions. This is not financial or investment advice. Market/source availability can change. Reasonable rate and capacity limits protect service. Material paid-service terms/price changes will be communicated before effect. Serious abuse may lead to proportionate suspension/termination. Delete your account yourself in Account after ending paid access through the billing portal. Current password and explicit confirmation are required; immutable finance records remain retained. Exchange and Scan are currently unavailable. Swiss law applies subject to mandatory consumer-protection/jurisdiction rules. Liability limitations apply only as permitted by applicable law.

Paid subscriptions currently require a Swiss billing address; Free is available internationally. Private benefits are displayed only to eligible accounts.
A successful analysis is one distinct game/release, platform, region, edition, completeness, condition and grading selection. Repeating it within the same UTC month, including from Collection, does not consume another analysis. Failed, ambiguous, no-comparable and insufficient-data results do not count. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month. Collection and Portfolio pages display last-known stored values; individual value refreshes use the same allowance.

Bei verfügbarem Checkout sind Pläne jährlich wiederkehrende Abonnements zum angezeigten Preis. Künftige Verlängerung verwaltest/kündigst du im Abrechnungsportal. Kündigung zum Periodenende erhält üblicherweise den bezahlten Zugang; volle Rückerstattung, Rückbuchung oder Wegfall eines gültigen bezahlten Abonnements können ihn früher beenden. Der tatsächlich erzielbare Preis eines konkreten Exemplars kann je nach Zustand, Vollständigkeit, Region, Zeitpunkt und Marktbedingungen abweichen. Dies ist keine Finanz- oder Anlageberatung. Markt-/Quellenverfügbarkeit können sich ändern. Angemessene Anfrage-/Kapazitätsgrenzen schützen den Dienst. Wesentliche Änderungen bezahlter Bedingungen/Preise werden vor Wirksamkeit kommuniziert. Eine erfolgreiche Analyse ist eine unterschiedliche Auswahl aus Spiel/Veröffentlichung, Plattform, Region, Edition, Vollständigkeit, Zustand und Grading. Dieselbe Auswahl zählt im selben UTC-Monat nicht erneut, auch nicht aus der Sammlung. Fehlgeschlagene, mehrdeutige Ergebnisse sowie Ergebnisse ohne oder mit unzureichender Evidenz zählen nicht. Kontingente werden am ersten Tag jedes Monats um 00:00 UTC zurückgesetzt. Sammlungs- und Portfolioseiten zeigen zuletzt gespeicherte Werte; einzelne Wertaktualisierungen nutzen dasselbe Kontingent.
